Program Highlights and Models
We realize agents have varying business models, so our program is flexible:
Referral Model
If you simply want to refer a client to Nestview and let our in-house advisors handle the rest, that’s perfectly fine. You make the introduction, we do the heavy lifting in converting the client, and you earn a referral fee upon their purchase/signup. This is great for busy agents or when dealing with products you’d rather not directly sell yourself (like NVme memberships). You still get rewarded while your client gets top-notch service from our team.
Co-Brokerage Model
For agents who want a more hands-on role (especially in property sales), we offer co-brokerage. For instance, you have a client interested in buying a share of a residence; you can remain their representative through the process alongside Nestview’s staff. Commission is split in a transparent manner, and you remain the client’s go-to advisor. Likewise, if you have a luxury property listing that you think would be ideal for fractional or rental, partner with us – we can co-list it as a Nestview fractional offering or include it in NVManage, expanding its exposure and value, while you share in any resulting fees.
Regional Ambassador
In key upscale markets, we are appointing a select few “Nestview Ambassadors.” These are seasoned luxury brokers who become official representatives of Nestview in their region. Ambassadors get exclusive perks: higher commission overrides, marketing budget support for local campaigns, first rights to client leads generated in their area, and an inside track on any franchise or expansion opportunities if Nestview opens offices locally. If you’re a leader in your market with a strong client book, this could be an exciting role – essentially embedding our brand into your practice at a deep level.

Getting Started is Simple
Click on Join the Broker Program and fill out a brief application. We do vet participants to ensure alignment with our brand (a valid license, a track record in luxury real estate, etc.), as we aim to maintain a high-caliber network. Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email and a call from our Broker Relations Manager to kick off the partnership, provide training, and answer any questions.
