Digital Accessibility

Effective date: July 30, 2026

1. Our commitment

Nestview International, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") wants every guest, owner, and visitor to be able to use nestview.com with ease and independence. We treat digital accessibility as part of the same standard of care we bring to our residences and our service, and we work to improve it continuously. The same commitment applies across the Nestview Group's digital properties.

2. The standard we apply

We aim for nestview.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.2 Level AA also covers the requirements of earlier versions of the guidelines, including WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 at Level AA, which are the versions referenced by accessibility laws in several places where our guests and owners live.

3. Measures we take

  • Accessibility is considered in design reviews for new pages and features.
  • The site is built with semantic markup, so headings, lists, links, and form fields are exposed correctly to assistive technology.
  • The site can be navigated with a keyboard.
  • Text and interface colors are checked for sufficient contrast against our palette.
  • Images that carry meaning are given text alternatives, and our content workflow includes alt text.

We do not use third-party accessibility overlay widgets. Accessibility is built into the site itself.

These efforts are ongoing, not one-time. The people who build and publish for the site receive guidance and training on accessible content, including text alternatives, heading structure, and link clarity. We run periodic internal reviews of key pages and journeys, including keyboard-only and screen reader passes, and issues we find, or that you report, are logged and prioritized until they are fixed.

4. Conformance status

nestview.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We review the site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA on an ongoing basis and address gaps as we find them.

5. Compatibility

nestview.com is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and to be compatible with recent versions of common screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack. The site is not designed for legacy browsers such as Internet Explorer.

6. Feedback and assistance

If any part of nestview.com is difficult to use, or if you need content from the site in another format, please tell us. Write to legal@nestview.com and we will respond within 5 business days. On request, we will provide the content of our web pages, and this statement, in alternative formats, including large print and accessible electronic documents.

7. Accessibility laws

In the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses open to the public to give people with disabilities full and equal enjoyment of their goods and services, including services offered on the web; information about the ADA is available at ada.gov. In Ontario, Canada, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) sets web accessibility requirements for certain organizations, and you can give us accessibility feedback through the channel in Section 6. We apply WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a voluntary commitment, without regard to whether any statutory threshold applies to us. If you are not satisfied with our first response to an accessibility concern, reply to the same thread or write again to legal@nestview.com and we will escalate it.
