Your Rental Income, Already on the CardIf you hold Nestview property or take part in our rental program, the card completes the circuit. Rental income from NVmanage flows directly onto your card balance, ready to spend the moment it appears. You may also choose to reinvest it automatically into additional fractional shares. Your credit line isn’t based on a generic credit score. It’s sized by three factors unique to Nestview, your fractional equity, your NVme tier and your NVmanage income. Fifty Currencies, Zero Exchange FeesThe Nestview Card settles in more than 50 currencies at interbank exchange rates, the same rates banks give each other. We charge no foreign exchange fees, ever, in any country. Add the card to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay and it travels lighter still. Wherever the year takes you, the card simply pays in the local currency, and the difference stays with you. It behaves the same on every continent.

Rewards That Return to NestviewSpending across the Nestview ecosystem, from property payments to NVmanage fees and partner merchants, returns around 2 percent in Nestview Rewards. Everything else you buy worldwide earns 1 percent, with bonus categories reaching up to 3 percent. Redemption is where the difference quietly shows itself. The card freezes and unfreezes with one tap in NVmanage, push notifications follow every charge, and you carry zero liability for unauthorized transactions. Behind it all sits a concierge on call around the clock, by phone, chat or email, for whatever needs handling. Travel sits close to the heart of the card. Membership carries access to more than 1,300 airport lounges through our global partner network, so the quiet room is already yours in most cities. On the road the card spends in local currency at interbank rates, with no foreign exchange fees anywhere, in any currency it meets. And when plans change mid-journey, the concierge is a call away to rearrange whatever needs rearranging.

What You Acquire

Significant purchases travel under the card’s protection. White Glove Purchase Assurance attends anything from $10,000 upward, with purchase protection running 120 days and price protection 60. Extended warranty adds up to 24 months beyond the manufacturer’s own, and returns are covered up to $10,000. The full terms are set out for you before you ever need them.

How the Invitation Reaches You

The Nestview Card is invitation-only, and the invitation follows ownership. Once your ownership is confirmed, the invitation reaches you within 7 days, through your NVmanage dashboard and by email. The card itself follows in 10 to 14 business days, in its own custom presentation box. Membership is extended across the Nestview ecosystem, to owners, NVme members and those who move within it.
