The Sixty Day Sale ProgramCircumstances change, and good management should never hold you to a decision you made years ago. If you choose to sell, NVmanage includes an expedited sale program. We present the home to our network of international buyers, who value turn-key properties, and we work to complete a sale within 60 days. If the market does not deliver in that window, Nestview or our investors can present a direct purchase offer at a fair market rate. Conditions apply, and our team will walk you through them before you list. The same program spans fractional shares, residences and developments alike.
Preferential NVme MembershipOwners in NVmanage receive preferential access to NVme, our members’ network of residences, on terms our team will gladly walk you through. It means that while your property is earning, you can travel the Nestview way yourself, staying elsewhere as a welcome guest. Many of our owners are, in effect, in two places at once.
