Community is not a reward for status, and it is not a thing we sell. It is what happens when a handful of people share the same houses and the same weeks of sun and snow. The same standard of care does the rest.

Across the year we host planned events and gatherings for members and owners: fashion shows in beautiful rooms, spa and wellness days, wine evenings, and long shared dinners where conversation wanders. Connections form on their own here, easily and without agenda, the way they do when the setting is right and nobody is selling anything.
Neighbors, Not NetworkingNo one hands you a business card over breakfast. Friendships form the way they do between good neighbors, slowly, over morning coffee and borrowed corkscrews. You meet because your weeks in the house overlap. You meet again because you both chose the coast in June, and by the third summer the friendship has a history.
