This page collects in one place the disclaimers that apply to nestview.com and our other digital services. It is issued by Nestview International, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"); references to the "Nestview Group" mean Nestview International, Inc. together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and other entities under common ownership or control (each a "Group Company"). Read this page together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Cookie Policy.
1. General
The content of our websites, portals, and applications (the "Services," as defined in our Terms of Use) is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for your own inquiries, and you should not rely on it without independently verifying the matters that are material to you. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without notice.
2. No offer; no solicitation
Nothing on the Services constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, or an offer or commitment concerning any property, program, or service, in any jurisdiction in which that offer, solicitation, or commitment would be unlawful or would require registration, qualification, or licensing that has not been obtained. No Group Company makes any offer, solicitation, or commitment through the Services. Property listings, prices, specifications, and availability are informational and subject to change; a binding transaction arises only when definitive documents are signed by all parties.
3. Expressions of interest
The investor relations pages are informational. An expression of interest submitted through the Services is not an offer, a commitment, or a subscription of any kind, and it creates no obligation for you or for any Group Company. Any offering will be made only to qualified investors, only through formal offering documents that alone govern its terms, and only where it may lawfully be made. If formal offering documents are made available to you, read them in full; they supersede everything on the Services.
4. No advice
Nothing on the Services is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and nothing on them takes your personal circumstances into account. Decisions about property, programs, or participation of any kind should be made with the benefit of your own professional advisers.
5. Forward-looking statements
The Services may include statements about plans, projects, programs, timelines, specifications, and intentions: what we are building and how we intend it to develop. Such forward-looking statements are based on assumptions that were current when made, involve known and unknown uncertainties, and describe intent rather than promise outcomes. Actual results, features, and timing may differ materially from what any forward-looking statement describes. We undertake no obligation to update any forward-looking statement, except as required by law.
6. Past performance and projections
Past performance does not indicate future results. Where the Services present market figures, comparisons, or other industry data, they are drawn from sources and industry reports we consider reliable but have not independently verified, and they are provided without guarantee. Illustrations, examples, and projections are hypothetical, depend entirely on their stated assumptions, and are not forecasts of any outcome for you.
7. Co-ownership residences
Co-ownership programs described on the Services relate to co-ownership of a residence structured for the owners' personal use and enjoyment of the home. They are not marketed as investments, and descriptions on the Services carry no performance expectations of any kind. A co-ownership interest is a share in the company that holds title to the residence, held and exercised through the governing documents of that residence and program, which control in all cases.
8. Digital assets
Where we accept payment in digital assets, acceptance is a payment option, not a recommendation or endorsement of any digital asset. Digital-asset markets are volatile, and the regulatory treatment of digital assets differs between jurisdictions and can change. Digital-asset payments are subject to compliance screening, including AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your customer) checks, may be declined where screening so requires, and may be unavailable in some jurisdictions.
9. Prepaid and gift instruments
Where the Nestview Group offers prepaid or gift instruments, they are stored-value instruments for use toward stays and services within the Nestview Group. They are not deposits, not electronic money, and not securities or investments; they bear no interest, and their face value does not increase over time. Redemption is closed loop, within the Nestview Group only, and instruments are not exchangeable for cash except where the law requires. Physical transfer is honored as the instrument terms provide; digital peer-to-peer transfer is not offered. Holder privileges attached to an instrument may change over time as the instrument terms provide. The issuer may be a Group Company other than Nestview International, Inc., and the issuer's terms govern each instrument.
10. Third-party information
The Services may include information, data, or links that originate with third parties. We do not fully verify third-party information, and its inclusion does not mean we endorse any third party, its content, or its services. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and notices, and you access them at your own risk.
11. Jurisdiction and availability
Our products, programs, and services are not available in every jurisdiction, and their features may differ where they are available. Nothing on the Services is directed to any person in a jurisdiction where its publication, availability, or use would be contrary to law, or would subject any Group Company to a registration, qualification, or licensing requirement it has not satisfied. If you access the Services, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your location.
